To use:
Remove the insoles from the shoes you will be using your ZenToes insoles in. Directly insert insoles into closed toe shoes or lay directly on top of open-toe shoes.
To clean, lightly wipe with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Let the insoles air out regularly between uses. Do not expose foam to high heat.
